Red Pepper Margarita

OMG! Not what you’d think — even my pepper-hatin’ guy LOVED this one. This is one delicious margarita for those who prefer a less sweet drink.

1/4 roasted red pepper (I used one from the grill left over from dinner, but maybe try one in the jar?)

juice from 1/2 lemon

1 1/2 ounces tequila

1 teaspoon agave nectar

Muddle red pepper with lemon juice in shaker. Add rest of ingredients with ice and shake. Strain into cocktail glass.
